Process

How we handle complaints

  1. 1

    Tell us what happened

Submit the complaints form below or email jordan@d8propertyservices.com. Include the property or job reference if you have one.

  2. 2

    Acknowledgement

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

  3. 3

    Investigation and response

We aim to investigate and provide a full written response within 15 working days.

  4. 4

    If we need longer

If more time is needed, we will explain why and give you a revised date for our response.

  5. 5

    Internal review

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can ask for an internal review by a different member of the D8 team. Tell us why you disagree and what outcome you are seeking.

  6. 6

    Other routes

Depending on the service, other routes may also apply — for example an accreditation scheme's own complaints process, a contractual dispute procedure agreed with a client organisation, or your statutory rights. We will tell you which we believe applies to your situation.

We do not claim membership of an ombudsman or redress scheme. If a scheme applies to a particular service, we will confirm this to you in writing. Information about how we handle the personal data in your complaint is in the Privacy Notice.

Submit a complaint

Please give us only the information needed to investigate.

Include dates, people involved and what happened.
PDF, JPG or PNG, 5MB maximum. We will request the file by email.

Submitting this form does not create a contract. Scope, timescales and terms are confirmed separately.
